Meal Plan Monday

I haven't done one of these posts for a bit, and I've already lost the scrap paper my plan for this week was scrawled on.  There's always something that throws a wrench in the plans, but here goes nothing (we can always move things around or save them for next week):

Monday: Soy-Ginger Flank Steak, rice, veggies

Tuesday: Pesto Penne Pasta with Chicken (subbing zoodles for adults), salad

Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner (Ney's breakfast sausage, hash browns, eggs, toast, fruit)

Thursday: Korean Beef Tacos (lettuce wraps for adults)

Friday: Date Night - we're going out!

Saturday: Grill out - Ney's brats or burgers

Sunday: Pulled Pork + Homemade Mac & Cheese


Other options we kicked around and could sub:

Build-Your-Own Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with potato wedges and fruit or veggies
BLT's
Grilled Cheese
Corn Chowder
Flatbread Pizzas
